Dipl. eng Stefan Kmetov is a manager of the technical department.
He has graduated from the Technical University of Sofia, Department "Heat Energy".
He works more than 16 years in "Chimcomplect Engineering" - Sofia. He participated in the project developments in the most important chemical factories in Bulgaria as well as in the construction of the main pipelines for oil and gas transport in Bulgaria.
