Dipl. Eng. Stefan Manev - Executive Director.
Mr. Manev is highly experienced in the fields of energy, electrical, and mechanical engineering. He has graduated in Technical University of Sofia, Department of Electricity supply and industrial facilities. He has also specialized in Economical Association University of Sofia, Department of Industrial Management, in 1976, and in AEG Monicon - Programmable Controllers for the Industry, Munchen, 1991.
In the period 1973-1980 he occupied the position of Head of Energy Department in Factory "Iskra" - Sofia. From 1980 to 1990 he worked at the Central Mechanical-Construction Institute - Sofia. There he occupied different positions, such as - technical research manager, head of construction unit, and head of the main construction department. During this period he has participated in the elaboration and implementation of production automatic lines and machines for factory "Energy", "ZMK" - Blagoevgrad, and others. In the period 1991-1997 he was the executive director of Asting - a mechanical construction engineering company. Asting Company was executing a diversity of projects. Some of them, were a "turn key" solutions for implementation of automatic lines and machines for the industry.

In the period 1998-2004 he worked as a representative of Flowserve /Ingersoll-Dresser Pumps/, Dresser Roots, where he was responsible for the import, and implementation of industrial equipment.

In the field of the co-generation installations he is working since 2001, starting with a co-generation project within a waste water treatment station in Sofia. In 2002, he elaborated a project for co-generation compressor modules in Biovet, Peshtera. In 2003 he participated in the preparation of a tender documentation for the engineering company Costain PLC, England of a tender for the reconstruction of Compressor stations Kardam and Lozenetz - Bulgargas.

He has graduated in Technical University of Sofia. He has specialized in USA in the Agency of energy engineers.
In the period 1973-1976 he worked at the Boiler-Production Factory in Sofia, as a Project designer. Since 1976 he is working at the Technical University of Sofia in the Department of Thermal and Nuclear Power Engineering.
He was involved in different projects, mainly financed by PHARE Program:
  • Optimization of different District Heatinng Companies (DHC) in Bulgaria;
  • Preparation of a plan for financial revenue of different DHCs in Bulgaria;
  • Project for CO2 reduction in the region of Pleven.

He has graduated in the University of National and World Economics of Sofia, Department of International economic relations. He holds a PhD Degree in International economic relations. He is a member of the Chamber of scientists in Bulgaria, a member of the Bulgarian Industrial Association, and a member of European Business Congress, Frankfurt.

Of EN ISO 9001:2000, ISO 19011-2001; License for business estimation - 2001; Expert License from the National Estimation and Accreditation Agency, which is a part of the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria. Prof. Dr. Eng. Nikola Kolev - Soils and biomass. He has a PhD in Electronics from Technical University of Sofia (1978). Also, he has a Doctor of Sciences Degree in Agriculture from the Institute of Soil Science "Nikola Poushkarov", Sofia (1997). In addition he is a licensed Evaluator of machinery and equipment (National Agency for Privatization, Sofia, 1998). He has participated in lots of short and long term specializations in countries like Russia, USA, Italy, Belgium, and Poland.
